About Us

Foote Family Farm is a family run farm. We grow apples. Apples are pressed on Fridays to produce fresh unpasteurized apple cider (no preservatives added).

Beekeeping is a family tradition begun by George’s father Henry. We produce and sell honey products on our farm. At Foote Family Farm we have 8 varieties of apples available as they ripen, starting with Paula Red in September. Friday is cider day here at Foote Family Farm.

Every Friday we press a special blend of apples to make our sweet apple cider. It is immediately pumped into our refrigerated tank where you can get it in your container or our – Any size from a 2 litre jug to a 45 gallon barrel. We have 2 and 4 litre jugs available.

From This Generation to Countless More

At Foote Family Farms, we don’t just grow apples—we grow a legacy. Every row we plant is rooted in truth. Every harvest we share is bound in loyalty. And every customer we serve becomes part of the story we’ve carried for centuries—and are just beginning to tell.

Welcome to Foote Family Farms

Rooted in Truth. Raised in Loyalty.

Before our family sowed seeds in California soil, we were sheltering kings beneath oaks in England, stewarding villages in colonial Connecticut, and blazing wagon trails westward. Today, that same blood runs through every orchard row and honeycomb we tend.

For over 400 years, the Foote name has meant something: heritage, courage, and a promise to leave the land better than we found it. From sheltering a monarch in the 1500s to sheltering futures through sustainable farming today, our story is proof that legacy isn’t something you inherit—it’s something you grow.

What We Do

We’re building more than a farm. We’re crafting a hedge against uncertainty—one apple, one acre, one act of stewardship at a time.

•  Heirloom Apples and fresh-pressed cider
•  Pollinator-Friendly Beekeeping
•  Sustainable Practices rooted in soil health and food security
•  Educational Outreach & mentorship to inspire future farmers

Our Legacy

“Truth and Loyalty” has been our family motto for 800 years. It’s not just a phrase—it’s our compass.

From Paul Foote’s arrival in 1609, to Nathaniel and Pasco shaping the New England frontier, to Eunice Newton Foote’s early climate science and Warren Foote’s frontier resilience, our family has stood at the intersection of history, land, and lasting purpose.

Our Mission

To preserve what matters.
To cultivate what feeds not just bodies—but communities, futures, and values.
To ensure our children and yours still have oaks to rest beneath.
